My current practice includes:
- Monday - Sunrise Yoga @ KC Yoga Kula - 6AM
- Tuesday - Teach Mindful Morning - 6 AM & 7AM
- Wednesday - Sunrise Yoga @ KC Yoga Kula - 6AM
- Thursday - Teach Mindful Morning - 6 AM & 7AM
- Saturday - Teach Private Sessions and Starting to Flow @ 10:30AM
- Sunday - Running - Training for first 1/2 Marathon in over a year!
- Daily - Home Practice
I started running in 2015 with an 8K as my first race. Since then each year I pick a goal. In 2017, I ran the Army 10 Miler in DC - my longest distance to date.
My fitness goal for 2018 was to make my 10Ks feel like 5Ks. For motivation, I signed up for the 100K KC Challenge to do 10 10Ks in 2018. I completed the challenge, and I got my time under an hour!
My goal for 2019 was to complete a 1/2 marathon. I did two!
For 2021, get back in running shape for the 1/2 marathon in November.
