I started my yoga practice in 2003 when a group of coworkers had their yoga teacher offer a weekly class at the office. My manager at the time wanted each of her team members to take at least one class.
Fast forward hundreds of classes and years later, I completed yoga teacher training.
There is the saying, "What is the best kind of exercise? The one that you enjoy." I found that in yoga and a whole lot more. In addition to the physical and health benefits, it has helped me focus, reduce stress, and find joy in the day to day life.
My goal in teaching is to share what I have learned so far and what I learn as I continue to grow.
